Join us at Mind Body Music Center where we are creating a space for Latinx and POC wellness.

We will be using sounds of the singing bowls and our voices to create an experience that is healing for our body, nervous system, heart and mind.

Within the group we will also have time to share on wellness within the context of our Latinx and POC lives.

Studio opens at 3pm:

• Begin with Welcoming

• Sound healing experience with sharing afterwards

• Community time and tea

The group is facilitated by music therapist, Andrea Cortez who holds regular groups and sessions at Mind Body Music Center.

Location: 813 Springdale Rd., 78702 inside Earth Commons. Walk down the driveway and the entrance is the back door of the house.
