Learn about sound and how to use it therapeutically in sessions, groups or for self-care. These consultations are offered by the hour and as needed, whether you are a therapist, healing practitioner, sound practitioner looking for advice or an individual interested in using sound at home.

You will be guided by board certified Music Therapist, Andrea Cortez, who was trained in how music affects the nervous system, the emotions, the mind and physiological processes of the body.
