Morning Gong + Bowls Meditation
Come visit our studio for this new Fall sound meditation program! You will listen to the sounds of the Tibetan singing bowls and Gong to bring balance to you mind, nervous system, and heart. This is a seated meditation experience and back support will be provided with floor cushions and wall support.
This is a perfect way to incorporate sound into your self care routine. The studio will open at 8am and meditation begins at 8:15am. We will sit for a 30-minute listening experience. Then an herbal tea will be served afterwards.

General Public: Tickets are $12. Ticket or RSVP required to attend! Limited capacity so please get a ticket first or rsvp.
Studio CoVid Policies: Please wear a mask for this session. If you have any cold symptoms please postpone your visit. This group is limited to 6-7 people as our studio is small.
